n of the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg. We reach out to over 1,800 young adults living in the city of Winnipeg between the ages of 25-45.

Tikkun Olam at Hebrew Sick Cemetery


On August 24, J-PEG (formerly YAD) refurbished headstones at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association of Winnipeg. Ten volunteers cleaned and re-painted 25 headstones designated by Congregation Etz Chayim and removed waste and weeds from the cemetery. J-PEG is grateful for Home Depot's sponsorship.

The four-time Emmy-award winning producer and writer for the hit TV show, “The Simpsons”, was in town on Saturday, April 12th to speak to over 200 YAD members at the Winnipeg Art Gallery.
